you will immediatley receive a confirmation email from prty grl beauty upon completion of the checkout process. If you have not received a confirmation email, please double check for a valid email address, then check your spam folder.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

yes, just reach out to our team with your name, order number & updated address. If your order has already been shipped, you must contact the shipping provider to change your address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

yes, prty grl beauty ships anywhere that accepts packages from the USA. please confirm your countries shipping policies, prty grl beauty is not responsible for any custom/duty/or import taxes.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

our current processing time is 2-10 business days, meaning it takes us that amount of time to prepare your order for shipment. shipments can take anywhere from 2-21 business days to reach you depending on where you're located. 2-3 business days for domestic (US) orders, and 2-21 business days for international orders. you're able to select your preferred timeline at the checkout.

DOES PRTY GRL BEAUTY ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
