first and foremost, i want to sincerely thank you for your continued support and patience. i know many of you have been waiting longer than expected for your orders, and i want to offer my heartfelt apologies for the delay.

as some of you may know, our business was closed from april 18th through mid-may. during this time, we took the opportunity to begin catching up on the backlog of orders and making sure we could return stronger and more organized.

we are currently processing and shipping orders placed from mid-march through the end of march. orders placed between early may and mid-may will begin processing around june 5th.

we're making steady progress and are committed to getting caught up completely. your patience, understanding, and support mean everything to us — truly. we’re grateful for each of you and are working hard to get your orders to you as quickly as we can.
